COMPLAINT ESCALATION FOR CUSTOMER/APPLICANT

Customers shall contact the Company’s Operations Team/Branch Manager at nearby Branch Office through below medium for any complaints:

Complaints not resolved at the branch level/ Operation Level within 15 Days shall be escalated to the designated Nodal Officer.

If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days or the customer is dissatisfied with the response, he/she may approach the Reserve Bank of India under the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme:
